Joss Cuisine is the creation of Cecile Tang. Since its founding in 1985,
we have been a neighborhood staple for exquisite Chinese food. Our original Sunset/Sierra location served the Beverly Hills community for twenty years. Known for our signature sophistication, refined dishes,
and elegance. We immediately attracted cultural elites of the world
and retained outstanding support.
Now, at our South Santa Monica location, our kitchen is helmed by executive chef Golo Kwokson Yu, who has been with Joss since 1988.
He started as an apprentice to the amazing, renowned Chef Lao Ying Chieh and then ascended to Chef De Cuisine in 1993.
Joss is hailed as the most representative Hong Kong cooking in the West, featuring classic Chinese dishes with a contemporary flair. We have a long history of serving the Los Angeles community, hosting events, and private parties. We are known for our refined hospitality, exceptional craftsmanship, and attention to detail. For us, food is an art form to be shared with close family and friends.
